Register Summer Camp via Troopmaster – Closed
To be registered for summer camp you must:
- RSVP via Troopmaster
- Pay either the full $480 camp fee or the $100 deposit with full payment by March 26th. Balance payments after 3/26 will incur a $25 late fee.

Updates from Jeramy – 05/07/2024
In order to make sure your scout is ready for camp. Please review the following.
- Summer Camp Guide – LNC 2024 (most items and packing list applicable to Powhatan as well)
- Have your updated medical forms part A/B/C (with physical completed) to Chris Camp by 5/15. Submit to [email protected]
- Have your gear ready and packed in your foot locker (see gear list in Summer Camp Guide)
- Review your prerequisites (things not covered at camp) these can be found in your class schedules
- Pay an outstanding fees (some owe additional activity fees)
- Make sure your troop dues payments are up to date (see finance)
Updates from Jeramy – 05/02/2024
There will be a summer camp gear overview hosted by Mr. Pennington and the Troop Guides this coming Tuesday (05/07/2024) at 6:30pm before the court of honor.
This is considered mandatory for all FYE and first time summer campers. All others are welcome to attend as a refresher. This is applicable to both LNC and Powhatan camps.

Reminder that LNC summer camp payments are due Tuesday, 03/26 at the end of the troop meeting. We need to settle our balance with camp to ensure we do not get charged late fees.
If you cannot make the meeting to settle with finance, please pay via Paypal (fees are included already).

Activity Registrations for La No Che Summer Camp have been completed. Find your schedule and related prerequisites link from Jeramy’s email on March 3rd.
Many activities have extra fees. Full Payment of the $480 base camp cost and any additional fees is due by Tuesday, March 26. To help with knowing how much you may owe and in the spirit of transparency, you can find the complete scout ledgers link from Jeram’y email on March 3rd.
You can make payments via Paypal to [email protected] or by visiting the finance table. Please forward the receipt images to [email protected] and the table will be updated accordingly.

The daytime experience schedule is 6 periods with three before lunch and three after. In order to make the camp experience enjoyable for all and customized to each scout’s desired path, use the form below to input your activity choices.
Note that activities can range from 1-3 periods in length and will affect the total number of activities a scout can sign up for.
