We will be delivering mulch for four Saturdays beginning on February 14th thru March 7th.

Instruction for the signup sheet:
- Enter your name and check which days that you can work.
- Also state if you are a Scout or an adult
- Drive – there are several classes of drivers
- If you have a truck and can pull a trailer, please place a check in these columns (Drive, Tow)
- If you own a trailer, please check under “Have a trailer” and then put down how many yards of mulch you can realistically carry. A yard of mulch is either 9 or 13.5 bags of mulch.
- If you don’t have a trailer, we will reserve a trailer for you at the U-haul that is located near 436 and 426. We will automatically add 2 hours of time to your total because of the additional time it takes to get the trailer as well as returning it.
- Please let me know how many people you can fit in your vehicle.
- If you do not have a vehicle that can pull a trailer but you are able to drive (just check the box “drive”), we still need you!
- You will be a chase vehicle. You will follow the truck that you have been assigned to and will help load and unload the mulch. You will be paired with another adult as well as however many scouts that you can fit in your vehicle comfortably.
- Please let me know how many people you can fit in your vehicle.
- You will be receiving the vehicle assignments either the Thursday or Friday before the sale. Finance will try to send it out as soon as possible in case there are changes and have people in the wrong vehicles and have a Tenderfoot driving one of the trucks (that has happened)
