Our contribution to Council by being one of the troops to host Webelos to Scout Transition. We are the premier troop there and highly counted on for it to be successful. For our scouts in high school it’s an easy way to get Service Hours for Bright Futures done.
The number of Webelos crossing the last three years has dwindled. For those that do plan to cross, we need to do our part and show them what Boy Scouts is all about.
We will be hosting Cooking in campsite 19 and supporting Wrist Rockets as we have done previously. Plus we may be providing scouts to be Troop Guides. Currently I have told them our numbers would be 30 youth and 10 adults. The cost for the weekend is ZERO $$$. Food is cooked for you and we help cleanup one meal in the dining hall.
