Webelos Open House – (7 PM to 9 PM):
Troop Members timeframe 5:30 PM-10PM for setup, activity and cleanup
We will have the following:
Monkey Bridge, Canoeing on the pond, model campsites, Camp fire, Dutch oven food and desserts.
- Swarming Yellow Jackets – Camp Fire
- Silver Knights – Canoeing on the pond
- Sea Dragons – High Adventure Campsite
- Vipers – Standard Patrol Campsite
- Blazing Aces – Host inside the chapel where we meet and Troop Guide duties for all the visitors – we will divide the attendees into patrol size groups so the guides can take them to each of the activities.
- Titans and Vipers – Build and man the Monkey Bridge
- Mighty Ducks, Arctic Phoenix, American Dragons – Kitchen setup and food prep plus other duties to be assigned – be there as early as possible – target 5:15-5:30
Although when we host, we always like everyone in Class A, due to the cold, long pants (scout pants if you have them, otherwise jeans are fine). Scout shirt is required unless cooking
Meeting space:
– Chapel (current meeting location)
– Room 102 (current committee room)
– Room 103, 204 & 500, 501 & 502 Only (2nd floor big room and first two classrooms – Patrol Meetings and break out sessions)
