Delivering
- We will meet at New Covenant at 8:00am. (You can show up earlier, but the time clock starts at 8)
- Once you arrive, you will be directed to your team. Typically you will be emailed the assignment sheet the night before.
- Your team will consist of a truck towing a trailer as well as a chase vehicle.
- The team will be given a group of orders.
- The team will then load the mulch that needs to be delivered on the trailer.
- The mulch will then be delivered to the address listed. The bags are unloaded and placed where the customer wants them. You do not have to spread the mulch.
- After the batch of orders are delivered, you return back to the church for a new set of orders.
- This is done until all the orders have been delivered (if you are unable to stay the entire day, please let Joci know – we will adjust the assignment sheet accordingly)
All orders have been delivered, NOW WHAT? (This is very important)
- The mulch that is left over, we will need to load onto a trailer and bring it back our property at Black Hammock. The mulch will be neatly stacked on the pallets.
- We are not able to keep in on church property, so this step must be completed before anyone can leave.
