Nov 4th 9:30am , gates open at 10 to 5. You are not required to stay the whole time.
Location:
Central Florida Expo Center & Fairgrounds. We are meeting at the front gate and will enter as a group.
Transportation:
You will need to provide your own ride. With parent permissions you may ride together as patrols. Plan that amongst yourselves.

Soldering:
Bring cash, I believe it was $10 last year but be prepared for price increase.
Agenda:
The plan is to enter the event as a group and head immediately to the soldering exhibit. This activity is required for the Electronics merit badge. This will require an additional purchase for materials(bring cash). If you already have the merit badge or have already completed a soldering project; you are not required to attend the soldering. After soldering is completed, the scouts are free to explore other exhibits with their families or with a buddy. See link for exhibits: https://www.makerfaireorlando.
