We will be planning from January 2027 to December 2027
- This is a non-uniform event, scout t-shirt recommended.
Who should attend:
- All Patrols must have a patrol leader and Asst. Patrol Leader and ASM(s) in attendance
- All the members of the Sr. Patrol (SPL and ASPLs)
- FYE Patrol leader and Assist Patrol Leader with 2 Troop Guide to assist the FYEs
- Limited number of Committee and ASM leads for over all support.
How to start your preparation:
To help us make the most of the resources available to our Troop, please keep the following guidelines in mind as your Patrol develops program options:
- March, April, and May: Please plan FYE-friendly tent camping. This means selecting a tent campsite that has access to water and bathrooms.
- FYEs: Please plan for the Atomic Badgers, this year’s FYEs, to select one of these months for their program: August, September, October, or November.
- Monthly Programs: Please plan for the number of monthly programs based on the configuration below. Note that Jan and Dec will be handled by adults/older scout leadership.
Mighty Dragons: Responsible for 1 month (Feb or Mar of 2027)
Toxic Arrows: Responsible for 2 months
Lighting Wolves: Responsible for 2 months
Shadow Raptors: Responsible for 2 months
Fire Foxes: Responsible for 2 months
Atomic Badgers: Responsible for 1 month (Fall 2027)
Adults: January 2027 – Thunder
Adults/SPL/ASPLs/Older Scouts: December 2027
Summer Camp
- Summer Camp: Please come prepared with two ideas for an out-of-state summer camp for the Troop to consider.
