Each patrol should have 3 Program Themes, 3 months that their themes would be best at and 3 Campout locations. Plus Summer Camp suggestions.
Who should attend:
- Senior Patrol Leader and all Asst Senior Patrol Leaders
- All Patrol Leaders and 2 ASMs
- FYE Patrols can have the Patrol Leader and Asst Patrol Leader.
- Committee: Chairman and Quartermaster
