With these white cards he can show a physical card that confirms he earned the MB and Rank. This use to be a very necessary thing to manage these cards like a legal document\; h owever\, with Internet Advancement being active for the last 10 years\, it has become less and less important. But it still matters\, Lance is doing a review of his records as he prepares paperwork for Eagle. The council r egistrar sent him a copy of what Council has and a discrepancy was found. Lance produced his “White” card and provided to our Advancement Team a nd Council and everything is now resolved.\n\nThe “White” cards can be a key thing in getting your records transferred to a new troop in the eve nt careers\, etc requires your family to move.
