You do not need to bring a mattress like La No Che.\n Platform tents have open-air tent flaps (like Thunder)\, some c ampers like to bring mosquito netting to put around their cot.\n It will be warm and humid\, bring a battery-powered fan and extra batteries.\n Th ere is no power at our campsite.  Do not bring any plug-in fans or other items.\n All gear except for camp chairs and your daypack must fit insid e the footlocker.\n LABEL ALL GEAR WITH SCOUT NAME - shirts\, shorts\, u nderwear\, socks\, and hats are the most lost and unclaimed items after ca mp each year.\n Put your name on the front-facing side of your footlocker .\n All footlockers will be loaded into the trialler on Thursday\, July 7 th 2 days before departure.\n Do not pack your daypack and water bottle i n your footlocker.  Bring these with you on Saturday 7/9.\n Scouts are r esponsible for their meal purchases to camp and from camp on transportatio n days (2 meals per day\, 2 days).  Plan for $30-40 each way. Check-in medications on log. Everyone must complete this step\, even if you do not have any medication to turn in.\n SCOUT AND PARENT turn in an envelope containing bank funds and lock comb ination. We do have a few more things to handle.\n \nFirst\, if your medical forms are not up to date with the troop medical officer\, including physical (part C) within one year of the camp dates\, please take care of that ASAP. Copy of forms must be submitted to camp 2 w eeks prior so please do not wait until the last minute. This includes adul t campers as well.\n\nWoodruff campers - there is one more waiver to be si gned for the Whitewater rafting trip. Download it here and bring it to Tue sday's meeting\n\nFor those of you that missed Tuesday's meeting\, the Cam p Packet with permissions slips are located here.\n\n\nApril 20th Updates from Jeramy\n\n\n\n\nActivity registration for Camp Woodruff is complete.\ n\n The troop will be doing a whitewater rafting trek on Thursday afterno on during period 5\,6\,7.\n A small group will be doing the canoe overnig hter on Wednesday evening (page 26 in the program guide). Availability was limited so the group was based on those who said YES on the registration form.\n\nSee Jeramy's email on April 20th about the individual schedules f or each camper. Please review and print your schedule. Any change request must be submitted before May 1st and will be based on availability. Reply to jeramy@gatza.com with requests or questions.\n\nReminders\n\n Full Pay ment of $550 for scouts and $350 for adults is due by May 3rd Troop Meetin g. Those not paid risk having their registration removed.
