 June 4th\n\n\n\nIt's almost time for CAMP!!!  Sunday\, arrive by 10:30 
 am sharp at Keeth Elementary (425 Tuskawilla Rd\, Winter Springs\, FL 32
 708).\nNote\, LNC updated their COVID forms\, please see the link below a
 nd make sure you have the most updated one printed out.\n\nPlease review t

   The packing list is on the last page.\n\n\n 	NEW COVID Forms - printed
  copy (not online) required for check-in\, bring this filled out.\n 	Medic
 ation Log - required for all campers who need medication\, regular or as n
 eeded\, bring this filled out.\n 	Final Class Schedule - Print just your s
 couts and make sure they have that in their day pack. It is in my email to
 day. \n 	Scouts should wear their class B uniform.  Class A top should b
 e the last thing added to the footlocker so it is accessible for camp pict

 p\n 	SCOUT AND PARENT arrive at Keeth Elementary by 10:30 a.m. sharp.\n 	
 SCOUT AND PARENT Health Prescreening with Mr. Kennedy – Temperature chec
 k &amp\; COVID Waiver\n 	SCOUT AND PARENT check with Mr. Garrison for fin
 al medical and permission forms check. Check-in medications on log.  Ch
 eck-in here even if you do not have any medication to turn in. This will 
 serve as the official “check in” for the trip.\n 	SCOUT AND PARENT che
 ck with Mr. Gatza to turn in bank funds and lock combination in an envelop
 e with scout's name on it.\n 	SCOUT takes their footlocker to the SPL (Tom
 my McFadden) at curbside for a water bottle\, uniform\, and combination ch

 irst summer camp since 2019!  This is an exciting time and the boys are g

 nselor In Training (CIT) weekend. They worked on final preparations for su
 mmer camp and the camp is in great shape\, ready to receive us in two week
 s!\n\nI have revised the balances owed as well as identified who needs to 
 complete a PERMISSION SLIP. Mr. Fogg will email blank forms to the group a
 nd you may hand in to Jeramy Gatza tomorrow night. ALL MONEY IS DUE TOMORR

  	Pay attention to specific participation and clothing requirements listed
  below.  Jeramy recently sent a revise class list.  Please review what y
 ou are taking.\n\n\n\n 	\n\n 	ATV Adventure Experience: Participants must 
 be at least 14 years old or older to participate. Participants must meet a
 ge\, height and weight requirements for appropriately sized ATV. Age 14 to
  15 years old will be riding 90cc ATVs with the max weight limit of 187 lb
 s and 5’7”\, 16 years and up will be riding 250cc ATVs with the maximu
 m weight of 231lbs. to 386 lbs. depending on manufacture. REQUIRED: ALL pa
 rticipants must have long sleeve shirts\, long pants and over the ankle bo
 ots. Participants must have valid proof of age either a copy of birth cert
 ificate or state issued ID card. ATV hold harmless form and rider rules fo
 rm (found in ‘required forms’ section of this guide) must be completed
  by parents prior to attending camp. No exceptions.\n 	Climbing Merit Badg
 e:  As part of the class\, participants will be rappelling on Thursday at
  the Adventure Tower. Participants must be in good physical condition due 
 to this activity being strenuous. REQUIRED CLOTHING: Pants or shorts made 
 of cotton type material\, hard sole shoes.\n 	Horsemanship Merit Badge: Pa
 rticipants must have a completed hold harmless form completed by parents. 
 REQUIRED CLOTHING: Long pants (blue jeans)\, hard sole shoes\, socks. Reco
 mmended Personal Gear: Horsemanship Merit Badge book and worksheet\, water
  bottle or Hydration pack\, sun block\, sunglasses\, and bug spray.\n 	Wel

 ssion last night.\nUPDATE TO DEPARTURE TIME: We will be meeting for depart
 ure at 10:30am at Keeth Elementary instead of the originally scheduled 9:0
 0am.  Adult leaders and Scout leaders (SPL\,ASPLs) arrive at 10:00am plea
 se.\n\nPlease check the updated tour guide for LNC 2021 with an updated pa
 cking list.  I have also attached the latest Class Schedule assignments i
 n my email on May 19th. Print just your scout's page and include it in the
 ir gear for camp.  Please review both of these in detail with your scout.
  Pay close attention to the required items and departure procedures.  Als
 o\, the COVID waiver is attached\, this must be brought with each scout to
  departure meeting. Finally\, please review the merit badge prerequisites

 ====================\nUpdated on May 16th\n\nWE ARE ONLY 3 WEEKS AWAY FROM
  SUMMER CAMP!\n\n\n 	Our La No Che Camp Leadership Team consists of Bryan 
 Greenly\, Brent Garrison\, Jeramy Gatza\, Greg Kennedy\, Aiyden Kirby and 
 myself (Eric Orndorff).  We are excited to have Noah Berman shadowing the
  Leadership Team\, serving as a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster (JASM).\n 	To
  date\, we have 34 scouts attending and 6 leaders.  5 leaders can drive\,
  accommodating 28 seats.  WE NEED DRIVERS TO ACCOUNT FOR 12 ADDITIONAL SE
 ATS TO AND FROM CAMP.  (Mr. Hoisington has already volunteered. THANK YOU
 !).  Please let me know if you are available to drive AND how many seats 
 you have for scouts.\n 	Please review the roster that attached from my ema
 il to review what you have paid to date toward camp\, according to recent 
 Finance Committee records.  Also note your swim test status.  For those 
 camping in tents\, we will be setting up dining flies to allow for removal
  of individual tent rain flies for increased air circulation\, yet maintai
 n protection from rain events.\n\n\nI have confirmed Keeth Elementary Scho
 ol as our point of departure.  Please arrive at 9:00 am as we will check 
 in and depart at 9:30 am\n\nCheck in will consist of loading contico boxes
  in trailer\, turning in medicines and temperature checks\, turning in mon

 n\n\nThere will be a mandatory summer camp prep discussion Tuesday\, May 1
 8th at 7:00pm during the Troop Meeting. All scouts attending La-No-Che Sum
 mer Camp June 6-12 are required to attend. Parents are asked to attend as 
 well\, especially for all first and second year scouts.\n\nThis group will
  break off from the main troop activity to cover camp logistics\, schedule
