DESCRIPTION:Scouts must be swimmers for this activity. we would be meeting 
 at the church at 12pm driving to Rainbow River tubing and then be heading 
 home no later than 5pm. This should put us back at the church around 7pm o
 n Saturday. We will not collect money for this activity until Saturday due
  to drivers and weather. Cost for tubing is 20 dollars. The scouts should 
 eat lunch before coming on Saturday and then pack themselves a snack for t
 he ride home or spending money for snacks.\n\n&nbsp\;
