SUMMARY:Quartermaster Day & Red Trailer Clean-Out
DESCRIPTION:We have an important Quartermaster Day coming up on Saturday\, 
 November 2nd\, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM\, and we need everyone’s help to 
 get our gear in order! This is essential to ensure we’re prepared for ou
 r upcoming outing on November 15-18.\n\nWho Needs to Be There:\n\n 	Quarte
 rmasters\n 	At least 2 Scouts per patrol (more are encouraged to help!)\n\
 nPlan for the Day:\n\n1.Red Trailer Clean-Out:\n\n 	Empty the trailer and 
 sort all patrol gear.\n\n2.Organizing Patrol Gear:\n\n 	Each patrol will i
 nspect their gear. Take home anything that needs to be cleaned\, replaced\
 , or repaired.\n\n3.Cleaning All Equipment:\n\n 	A 3-pot wash station will
  be set up to clean everything thoroughly.\n\n4.Packing the Red Trailer:\n
 \n 	All patrol gear must be cleaned\, organized\, and packed in the traile
 r to be ready for Nov 15-18. Anything not going into the trailer will be s
 tored back in the sheds.\n\nThis is an all-hands-on-deck effort\, and your
  participation will make a big difference!
