SUMMARY:Campout - Wekiwa Springs State Park
DESCRIPTION:Program: Citizenship in the Community \nProgram Patrol: Might
 y Dragons\nRegister Camp @ Wekiwa Springs via TroopMaster\nIn support of o
 ur March program\, we will be camping at Wekiwa Springs State Park and per
 forming service projects for the park while we are there. We will camp at 
 two Primitive Group Campsites. Sites include ground grill\, picnic tables\
 , a restroom and an open-air shower. Two sites will accommodate a maximum 
 of 40 people and 10 vehicles.\n\nCamping will be patrol method. Breakfast 
 and lunch on Saturday March 9 should be simple and quick with no-cook lunc
 h to have time for service hours. Troop should plan for no-cook Sunday bre
 akfast. Sunday morning will be additional service activities until 12pm.\n
 \nService hours will include trash clean-up\, hand pulling natal grass on 
 firebreaks and painting sitting benches and picnic tables in the primitive
  youth camp.\n\nActivities:\n\nService Project for Citizenship in the Comm
 unity Merit Badge (Requirement 7)\n\n 	Bring work gloves\n 	Bring a water 
 bottle (Nalgene)\n 	No Power- bring headlamps and flashlights\n 	We will b
 e working outside- bring hat and sun block\n\nFriday March 8:\n\n 	5pm mee
 t at Black Hammock (you need to already have eaten dinner)\n 	5:30pm leave
  for camp\n 	~ 6:30pm Arrive at camp\, setup camp\, cracker barrel\n\nSatu
 rday March 9:\n\n 	Service Projects\n 	Enjoy the park!\n 	Patrol cooking a
 nd camping\n\nSunday March 10:\n\n 	7am wake-up\n 	8-9:30am no-cook Breakf
 ast and pack-up\n 	10am-12pm Service Hours\n 	12pm-12:45pm snack (troop pr
 ovided) and drive to Black Hammock\n 	1pm arrive back at Black Hammock\n\n
 Notes:\n\nCamping cost: $6 per youth plus patrol grub fees\, $14 per adult
