DESCRIPTION:We will be planning from January 2025 to December 2025\n\n 	Thi
 s is a non-uniform event\, scout t-shirt recommended.\n 	Note: there will 
 be lunch available at Buffalo Wild Wings in Casselberry at Red Bug and 436
 .\n\nWho should attend:\n\n 	All Patrols must have a patrol leader and Ass
 t. Patrol Leader and ASM(s) in attendance\n 	All the members of the Sr. Pa
 trol (SPL and ASPLs)\n 	FYE Patrol leader and Assist Patrol Leader with 2 
 Troop Guide to assist the FYEs\n 	Limited number of Committee and ASM lead
 s for over all support.\n\nHow to start your preparation:\n\n 	Your patrol
  should have 3 well-formed ideas with these requirements ready before the 
 September planning conference.\n\n 	Theme for the Month (e.g. Merit Badge\
 , a skill or activity\, scout skills or adventure). Focus on activities\, 
 not requirements.\n 	A month or months of the year that will work with you
 r “Theme”\n 	A camping location that will support your program theme\n
  	The estimated cost for the campout per scout (not including patrol grub 
 fees) you can use the “program financial guidance” excel document in t
 he cloud folder\n\n\n 	You need to have as much information on your progra
 m ideas so that you can “sell” the PLC on doing your program. You need
  to show up at the conference with a good outline and even written out inf
 ormation on what your patrol is offering the troop in your program and why
  the PLC should vote for your patrol’s idea.\n 	1 Summer camp location f
