 ith 2 Troop Guide to assist the FYEs\n 	Limited number of Committee and AS
 M leads for over all support.\n\nHow to start your preparation:\n\n 	Your 
 patrol should have 3 well-formed ideas with these requirements ready befor
 e the August planning conference.\n\n 	Theme for the Month (e.g. Merit Bad
 ge\, a skill or activity\, scout skills or adventure). Focus on activities
 \, not requirements.\n 	A month or months of the year that will work with 
 your “Theme”\n 	A camping location that will support your program them
 e\n 	The estimated cost for the campout per scout (not including patrol gr
 ub fees) you can use the “program financial guidance” excel document i
 n the cloud folder\n\n\n 	You need to have as much information on your pro
 gram ideas so that you can “sell” the PLC on doing your program. You n
 eed to show up at the conference with a good outline and even written out 
 information on what your patrol is offering the troop in your program and 
 why the PLC should vote for your patrol’s idea.\n 	1 Summer camp locatio
