DESCRIPTION:We will be holding this session at Mr Thompson’s (Blazing Ace
 s) warehouse. He has an area for us to have the meeting with tables and ch
 airs for the scouts. Adults attending please bring your camp chair.\n\n 	W
 e will be planning January 2023 to December 2023. Follow Evan Leiss’s gu
 idance on preparing for the conference and as a good scout\, lets all “B
 e Prepared” so we can get this done in one session.\n\nPlease plan for 3
  different months\, with 3 different programs and 3 different campout loca
 tions. Also come prepared with a list of Summer Camps to attend. Lanoche i
 s booked for Week 1 of camp in Campsite 19. For each of your choices be pr
 epared to present it and essentially sell the concept\, location\, etc to 
 the rest of the PLC.\n\nWho should attend:\n\n 	Senior Patrol Leader and a
 ll Asst Senior Patrol Leaders\n 	All Patrol Leaders and 2 ASMs\n 	FYE Patr
 ols can have the Patrol Leader and Asst Patrol Leader.\n 	Committee:  Cha
 irman and Quartermaster\n\nPlanning should be 8 AM to noon.  Then they wi
 ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings on University for lunch provided by the troop.
   You can pick up your scout there.  If plans adjust we will have your s
 cout contact you.\n\nPeople can park around the perimeter of the lot on th
 e road.
